### Hey there! 👋 As many know, the Ray Peat Email Exchange Wiki on the old Ray Peat Forum was an unfortunate casualty of the forum's... uhh... rebrand. When it vanished, I figured someone would eventually give it a new home. Instead, I kept seeing people linking to an internet archive, or pointing to GitHub. After a while, I figured why not do it myself? So here we are. I took the liberty of rescuing this treasure trove of wisdom from the archives so Peaters can easily enjoy this wonderful resource once again. What you'll find here is the original compilation of Ray Peat's email exchanges, preserved exactly as they appeared on the wiki. (I did add backlinks throughout to make it a bit more fun and interactive.) This email wiki predated my own discovery of Ray Peat, and I'm grateful to everyone who contributed to building it in the first place.
